phabulousity rule #1: always prevail

phabulosity rule #1: always prevail

pre⋅vail /prɪˈveɪl/ [pri-veyl]

–verb (used without object)

1.     to be widespread or current; exist everywhere or generally

2.     to appear or occur as the more important or frequent feature or element; predominate

3.     to be or prove superior in strength, power, or influence

4.     to succeed; become dominant; win out

rule #1 (or just the first rule i'm introducing) is really about coming through or "showing up" time after time. it may be rocky getting there, but you still get there and you get there with style and grace.

I was once told many phrases about "winning" such as;

if you don't have "class", you have don't have anything.

lose as though you had won and win with class & dignity.

if you cannot respond to a winner like a winner, you can never be a winner.

I realize that true winning is about consistently prevailing as an amazing, loving, considerate, conscience, aware human being. think win-win.

one of my adapted phrases is

treat others as you wish to be treated, not necessarily as you have been treated in the past.

pay-it-forward. somewhere, someone has to stop the cycle of anger and hate. if you want to be respected, trusted, loved and live free of judgment, it has to start with you. you must prevail when someone is challenging you. pay-it-forward. give away, put the energy, thought, intention and emotion out into the universe before you get it back. in our consumer based society, you can understand that they're not going to give you the 54" flat panel lcd hdtv that doubles as a microwave oven and a baby-sitter until you pay for it. the laws of human interaction, emotions and energy work the say way. you've got to expend the energy and intention in the direction you want to get I back in.

so, to recap…phabulosity rule #1: always prevail by paying it forward
